Federico Santini
Federico graduated in 1993 from La Sapienza Università di Roma magna cum laude. He is member of the Rome Bar Association since 1996. Federico has broad experience in yachting law, with particular emphasis to large yachts transactions, new buildings, yachting finance, insurance claims, yacht registration. Federico also specializes in bankruptcy and commercial law as well as in corporate law and international arbitration. He actually has a number of external advisory positions. His articles on yachting law are regularly published on the yacht magazine "Barche". Federico is member of the Italian Maritime Association. Simona Carletti
Simona graduated in 1999 from La Sapienza Università di Roma. She is a member of the Rome Bar Association since 2002. She principally deals with civil and commercial law, tort law (both contractual and non contractual), debts recovery, bankruptcy and restructuring, where she gained significant experience in consultancy and assistance in commercial and corporate litigation. Orlando Reale
Orlando is an expert in commercial contracts, corporate, merger & acquisition and real estate and his experience includes national and international M & A transactions, as regards both listed and unlisted companies. He has worked on numerous transactions involving companies which operate in mass retail channel, design industry, IT, oil & gas sector, as well as in food & beverage sector and construction. Before joining Santini & Partners, he practised as a lawyer in Rome and London for leading Italian and international law firms. He graduated in law in 1999 at the University of Perugia magna cum laude. Francesco Carli Ballola
Francesco graduated in 1999 from Tor Vergata University in Rome magna cum laude. He is a member of the Rome Bar Association since 2003 and is enrolled in the Supreme Court Law Society since 2015.
